Many systems are compatible, including popular panels from Qolsys, DSC, 2GIG, Interlogix, and others that use an Alarm.com radio. Any security sensors that work with your panel will be supported as well.

Alarm.com also supports a wide range of smart locks, thermostats, and other smart devices. Cameras with the Alarm.com logo will work, and most common smart devices are supported.

You must have an active plan to be eligible for special member pricing. If you don’t have a system ready to be activated, choose “I don’t have a system” during the account setup. Your plan will be paused until you receive and activate your system, but you’ll still receive the member discount when placing your order.

In some municipalities, police response may also be limited or suspended if a valid permit is not in place or if excessive false alarms occur. We recommend checking with your local municipality or police service to determine whether an alarm permit is required for your property.
